Just wanted to know what is the best piece of gadget to use to fill cup cake cups so when they all bake they come out the same level and not spilling all over the place.

I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup and fill 2/3 full.I flatten with a heavy cutting board right out of the oven if they are for a Cupcake cake.
is it the regular size icecream scoops? so you just fill the entire scoop and pour into cupcake cup? thanks a mill
I use my large Pampered chef Cookie scoop. I have measured the amount of water it holds and it comes out to 3 Tablespoons.
If they are a little high take a cutting board, or another pan and set it on top of your cupcake (while they are still in the pan) to level them.
I have found with the cookie scoop I use I get really level cupcakes.
