I have an 8" round by 3" deep, wilton pan. I always seem to have trouble with baking it through properly. How long do you suggest I bake my cake for when using this pan?

How about a 10'' round?

I usually bake my 3" deep 8" pan about 45 minutes and check it to see if it's done. My 10" 3" deep pan I always start at an hour and go from there. HTH!

I find these charts really helpful icon_smile.gif

These are off the CC website, but Wilton has them in their yearbooks as well. If you need to refer to them alot, try photocoping and laminating to keep in your kitchen all the time icon_smile.gif

HTH!

I think it depends a little on the recipe, but I think it is recommended somewhere around 55-60 minutes. Mine usually take around 60 minutes at 350 degrees, perhaps even a little longer with the recipe that I use.
