Has anyone tried using rolled buttercream instead of MMF to cover a cake? I have heard it tastes better and is easier to work with, but is really thin and delicate. I'd love to hear any experience you have had.

I only tried once..........I could not get it to cover my cake without tearing.....it was only an 8 inch cake.............I am going to try mixing MMF and RB together next time and see if that works!
