I made Easy MMF for the first time this morning. I am wanting to make letters with my fondant to spell my daughters name. Each letter will be individual, in other words they won't be connected.

How do I dry these letters? How do I get the letters off of my countertop without messing them up?

I would appreciate any suggestions you have. I am trying to use the search engine but I am having problems this morning which pages not downloading.

are u using the letter cutters? i always sprinkle ps all over the counter or mat really good then roll the mmf out on this; the letters should just pop right out of the cutters then. hth icon_smile.gif

for stiffer drying add gum-tex to fondant (tho some fix-o-dent works just as well.

do on wax paper or coated parchement.

speed drying w/ blow dryer (nice task for the children)

Thanks Doug for the tips.

Now for my other question. How do I store my letters? Do I put them in an air tight tupperware container? Do I need to lightly grease or put powdered sugar in the container?

Thanks,
darkchocolate
