How Do You Attach A Picture In A Thread?

I cannot get my pictures to attach inside of a thread. Can someone tell me how to do it? thanks.
Click on "Add an attachment" Scroll down below the post box to "Browse" click and it will take you to your picture file, select the photo you want to post and click"Open" it will take you back to CC, click "Submit" and the picture will show up in your post. Caution- the photo will need to be smaller than 800X800 pixels.
have to click on POST reply
type your message
at bottom click on ADD ATTACHMENT --
when window refreshes...click on browse and find the pic you want to post.
click open and then
click either Preview or Submit
remember max dimension is 800x800 on image size.
