I've used this mix a few times. IMO the cookies are pretty good. I prefer to make cookies from scratch but the mix works if you don't have a lot of time to spend on making the cookies.

i've tried it once or twice and the cookies are good. it was kind of hard for me to decorate them but like alip i'd rather use cookied from scratch.

Would you recommend any of the scratch recipes on this site?

Yes! The No Fail Sugar Cookies are excellent. I had a favorite recipe that I Always used, but I just made these and they are my new favorites. I did vanilla, lemon and almond(varied the extracts)

They came out excellent and didn't spread.

I also did the chocolate roll out cookies and they came out very well. They are keepers for me, and I've been baking cookies for a whole lot of years.

i posted about this not too long ago. I tried them and they work great. They didn't spread and they taste good. As someone mentioned it's fast if you don't have the time. The NO-Fail's are also good.
