I have never heard of cream cheese flavored fondant although that does sound like a good idea for carrot cakes. You can put a nice thick coat of cream cheese icing under the fondant for the flavor. The only other thing I can think of is to add some cheesecake LorAnn oil to the fondant instead of vanilla or whatever you use. It doesn't look like they have a cream cheese flavor but cheesecake is close, right? icon_smile.gif

I haven't heard of it. But maybe they have some oils that you could put in there to get that taste. hope you find something.

That's what I would suggest also -- a cream cheese icing underneath a Vanilla fondant -- remember, fondant picks up the flavors around it. You could also check to see if LorAnn oils has a cream cheese flavored oil and add that to the fondant as a flavor booster. Hope that helps some! icon_biggrin.gif

I've actually used the cheesecake flavor in a batch of Wilton fondant and it was delicious!! AND that was starting with Wilton for goodness sakes, imagine the possibilities if the fondant was good to start with!! icon_razz.gificon_razz.gif

These are the flavor oils I was talking about:

You can find them a lot of cake supply stores or order directly online.

Rambo - did you use the LorAnn oil?

Sorry little late getting back, DH took over the computer. "Yes" I used the LorAnn oil and a little goes a long way.
