I have a sheet cake I am doing today (well it is already in the oven) It is a 10X15X2 and I have used three cake mixes for this one. I am also using a heating core in the center of the pan.
How long and what temp do most of you cook yours at?

Also when you cool your cake, do you do it RIGHT side up or UPSIDE down?

Thanks

I bake mine at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.Sometimes it varies a little. I let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes , flip it onto a cakeboard and then on to the cooling rack so the bottom of the cake rests on the cooling rack.

Thanks, I was pretty close on the time and temp. I just had to cook it a little longer.

I was using the same method for the cooling. I just wasn't sure about the right side up. Thanks so much
