I have an order for a sheet cake that feeds 50 - 75 people. What size cake would you suggest?

a half sheet (12x1
serves 54 (2"x2") pieces
a full sheet (18x24) serves 108 (2"x2") pieces
a double layer half sheet serves 108 (1"wide x2" deep x4" high") pieces
You must decide if those servings are large enough.
