icon_cry.gif I made a cupcake bouquet for my mother for mother's day. My first and only up to that point. Strictly done with help from this site. It was so easy and came out PERFECT-
my mother thought they were real flowers -HA
Now to the disaster----- I just sent another bouquet to school with my teenage daughter who's teacher is getting married on friday. Well, it looked beautiful leaving the house but she just called me from school and said 2 fell off and 1 came out of the liner! I'm so upset! My mother's lasted for days (too pretty to eat she said) WHAT HAPPENED ? This was my 2nd . Maybe I had beginners luck Thanks for listening icon_cry.gif

Was the weather a factor? Did the kids mess with it? I can't think of anything else.
Sorry to hear this happened.

Have no idea why they would fall out of the liner, as mine stick to them a little too much. I would like to know how you packaged them for delivering. It may have been just a fluke.

Can't offer you any advice, but know you are not alone. I have the same problem. Hopefully someone can offer up some advice. What recipe are you using?

A bunch of mine fell out of the liners - where I had to stick two pick in some of them. I live in NH and it was very humid that week. Could that be your problem. Were they too heavy?

Were the cupcakes covered for any amount of time.. like a lid or plastic wrap?
I have read on this site, that if cupcakes are covered overnight the liners will pull away due to the moisture from the cake.

ooooh.. that could be it right there. I did cover mine to keep the cat away.. she loves her some sweets. Licked IMBC off of 1/2 of an 8 inch cake once and will eat any brownie in site.. icon_eek.gificon_lol.gif I'll have to see if keeping them uncovered helps. Thanks for that!
