OK, I'm totally not good at this resize thing either, but I"ll try to help. If you can open your photo in the "paint" application on your computer, then click on "image" at the top, choose "stretch/skew" and you should be about to change the %. I usually change it to 50%, then if I have to do it a second time, I change it to 25%. Then his "file", "save as", and you can save it as a resized image. I don't know if that made any sense, or helped at all ![]()

Good luck.
I'm not much of a computer person either...but have faced this same problem. You will need some sort of a program on your computer that will allow you to resize pictures. Look on your computer to see if any photo editing program came with it...mine had something called PhotoImpression....there a literally hundreds of "picture" programs out there. Then, open up your picture in one of these programs and somewhere should be a resizing option. Play with it till you get it to an acceptible size - I start with 600 pixels - that usuallyworks.
I'd be suprised if you did not already have something on your computer that would work. If you don't, start looking around for an inexpensive program that will suit your needs...they can range for $20 to hunderes of dollars. You really don't need anything fancy for just sizing pics.
good luck....anyone else.....I'm sure someone else has a better description or idea for you.
I downloaded a free program called Infranview off of their site I use that all the time to resize.
