How Do I Write Daisuke Calligraphy?

all you fabulous web searchers, this one has stumped me. My nephew wants a cake with a red sox shirt (easy to find) and he wants Daisuke written in Japanese on it.
I can't verify that it's really the right thing in Japanese but here's what I found..

Hope it helps.....
Sandi, it helps a little ... but my printer doesn't recognize the characters!
can anybody find it as an "image" rather than text?
Fooby, thank you very much. Now I can print it.
Sandi, thank you too. You did a lot of research. I apprieciate it.
Just curious, Sandi & Fooby, are you Red Sox fans? I know many people reading my subject line might not recognize Daisuke in writing, since we say Dice-K orally.
