the picture is not that clear? the flowers does'nt really show properly

it looks like they could be from a mold and fondant used but it is hard to see them in the picture...

I would guess they are gumpaste molded petal by petal by hand. Use tiny balls of gumpaste and flatten. Here's an example, but I wouldn't make them on a stick.

its a mould. If you look at my photos. the Cinderella has them on her dress. I bought two sizes from a lady that makes them here in South Africa.

To me they look like they can be tiny roses made on toothpick with 101s

I would guess a 101 tip. I made some with that tip and they were tiny.

I make them with candy mold. or tip 101.

Thank you everyone for your imput. I thought about a candy mold but couldn't find a rose mold this small. Does anyone know where i can get one so small?
