Ok, silly question, but If I double a receipe and mixing in my KA. Do I mix longer than receipe calls or same time. (after it is blended).

Are we talking cake? Okay silly question on CC but you could be making icing too. I double my cake recipes (I use dr'd cake mixes, scratch could be different). I usually scrape an extra time to make sure I've gotten everything from the bottom but you run the risk of over mixing and a flat cake if you go too long
