Cake For Man's 50Th Bday Who Likes To Hike Mountains?

Any thoughts? I don't know the person at all, and all I got was that its a man, he is turning 50, and likes to hike-climb mountains around town. We live in Arizona. He is sharing a bday with another man turning 40 who likes Harley Davidson. They want two different cakes. I already know what to do for the Harley Davidson's cake.

How about 'mountain' cake, some kind of geography that's indigenous to AZ, like a Grand Canyon type thing, and then a guy out of fondant or MMF or whatever hiking up it, or attached, or maybe even reached the top. I used to live in northern AZ (Flagstaff), such a beautiful place to hike! Lots of pretty scenery (to make into a cake LOL). Good luck!
