I may sound stupid but...does a 11x15 sheet REALLY serve 90 people icon_surprised.gif I personally am not sure if I believe the wedding servings chart,I think the party servings chart is a little more realistic...any thoughts on this.I am supposed to make a wedding cake for 90 people, and I wanted to do stacked presents (4 cakes 4in high),but according to these charts I only need 1 cake icon_mad.gificon_cry.gificon_eek.gif am I the only one that has aproblem with figuring servings?

I believe a "traditional" wedding cake serving is 1" x 2" x 4" tall. I have never been to a wedding where the pieces were actually that small, and I don't calculate my cakes that way. I usually take the Wilton serving size, and reduce it by 25%. So, if a cake is supposed to feed 32, I figure it to serve 24. If you still want to do the four tiers, substitute styrofoam dummies for the extra tiers.
