I Need Help Choosing A Cake Flavor!

I have a bridal fair in a few days, and I can't decide on the third cake flavor for samples. All I could come up with is pumpkin, raspberry, or strawberry. Which should I go with, and what frosting do you think best compliments it? (I can't do anything that requires refrigeration, though.)
(Any flavor suggestions other than this would be great too.)
I'm just coming up blank and really need advice. Thanks!
Cinnamon is really good and is becoming very popular. I even saw one on Food Network (Bobby Flay's Throwdown show). Just a vanilla cake with a good amount of cinnamon (McCormick's Saigon Cinnamon is really good and rich) in it. Men really like that flavor as well. It goes well with a cream cheese or just a buttercream frosting.
Raspberry and white chocolate are a good combo. But white chocolate might not do too well for summer heat.
Yes, the other 2 flavors are French Vanilla and Dark Chocolate. I don't even know if I will use regular buttercream or dream whip buttercream on the vanilla. I really wanted to do the IMBC, but can't, due to lack of fridge space at the bakery I rent. The chocolate cake will have a chocolate fudge buttercream. I had wanted the third icing to be different and had thought of cream cheese too.
I was hoping to have a special 3rd sample that would stand out form the other cake booths that will be there (they're just supermarket bakeries.)
I thought pumpkin would be different and fall is coming.... (I LOVE anything pumpkin, but I don't know if other people will like it as much as I do.)
I know people love my strawberry and raspberry, but I thought they may seem too everyday.
I may be over analyzing this. ![]()

Probably so - your's are going to be so much better. I make a French Vanilla with white chocolate buttercream with a raspberry filling that is really good.
Raspberry isn't common. I bet it would go over really well and you could use the cream cheese with it.
How long is the cake going to have to sit out prior to the event? Is it not going to be able to go in the fridge at all??? The strawberry cake I make is similar to the one in the cake mix doctor book with fresh strawberries and jello added to a cake mix and it is very good, super moist. I also was thinking carrot cake. It is very popular too...I like the pumpkin idea for the fall. You could do a buttercream icing with cinnamon added on that and it would be really good....
I recently saw some interesting flavor combos on the web...can't remember where I found them but I wrote them down...almond/raspberry, lemon/raspberry, lemon/blueberry, grand marnier/blueberry(these two would be great because blueberries are in season right now) and amaretto/peach. I also really love pumpkin!
