Okay, this is going to be for a baby shower. She is having a girl and the theme is "Diapers 'N Divas". I think they are going to get all dressed up and have boas, etc.

I was thinking maybe a onesie with "diva" written on it in sparkles maybe?

Anyone got any ideas out there? Thanks in advance!

I like the onesie idea...that would be cute...or what if it said "mini diva" (they make real onesies like that) or I was thinking a spin on the quilt cake and do bright colors (pink, purple) and instead of just little baby items, do shoes, purses, rings? Then you could maybe use the grasstip and do a boa like border?

There is a really cute cake on www.charmcitycakes.com. It's called "bellylicious" ,it's under the not so traditional section. I think it would go nicely with your theme.
