Hi people

I've now started advertising my cake business (I'm in the UK) and I'd like to start putting an information sheet on my cakes when delivered that list the ingrediants, storage instructions, best before date etc (I know they'll be more I've missed such as what is/isn't edible) does anyone have anything like this that they currently use that I can have a peek at?

cheers in advance!

leni

I only bake for people I know, but I always tell them how long the cake is good for. I don't say what the ingredients are because they ordered the cake they already know the important parts.

Very good idea leni!! I never thought of attaching such information . The only thing I probably wouldn't list is the ingredients. Only because I would try to keep the sheet short. Shelf life, temps and such are great idea. I like it. thumbs_up.gif I hope you don't mind, icon_redface.gif but I think I will borrow your idea and incorporate it into my business. Thanks for sharing your info. Happy baking!! icon_biggrin.gif
