I have a question for those who have done a baby shower cake that looks like a quilt on top. How do you get the fringe on the edge of the cake, that looks like separate strands?

I havent made one, but maybe it is the "grass tip" I was to say it is 233? That is what I would use anyway.

Hi, I made a quilt cake and used tip 134. I got my inspiration from a Wilton design.
