Hello CC,

I have an order tomorrow for a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate curls on top. I'm planning to do a bead border with chocolate fudge frosting, and am thinking about doing some pinstripes along the sides with the chocolate frosting, as well.

My question is: Is there any chance the chocolate frosting could bleed into my white non-crusting buttercream? I don't want to risk it.

Thanks!

Choc doesn't seem to bleed like coloring does....but I use crusting buttercream.
