I had posted awhile back about what quirks or habits you have when decorating. Well, I have not had much luck lately moving away from my habits. I wasn't too happy with my spongebob cakes, and they were done in the daytime with no music playing. I just posted the 'dump' cake for the wedding cake I have in a month, and I am pretty pleased with it. I went back to doing the cake at about 10pm, no TV on and listening to the Cats soundtrack - cake turned out better than I expected, although I need more practice of course. I think if I keep this up, I will be ready for that wedding! it is the white cake with a rose on top in my photos - what do y'all think?
I think it looks great! Very pretty. I wouldn't think twice of that being the actual to tier instead of a practice.
