If you don't have the book pan, how do you make a cake that looks like an open book?

OK--Here's my sick thought for the day...

That looks like a butt. That being said, I would have done it the same way.

I make a rectangular cake two layers and cut the top layer into two triangles turned over so the thin egde in middle an fat on outside.

Hope this makes sense not very good at thinking about how i do it i just get on with it.

I did'nt know you could get a book pan usfull to know.
