ok im trying to lay off store bought cakes SO i was wondering if a recipie calls for cake flour do you have to use cake flour or can i use all pourps (hence the name ALL pourps lol ) just asking

you can use AP flour but you have to use less volume-wise. If you're weighing the flour, it would be the same though. 1 cup AP flour=5 oz. 1 cup cake flour=4oz.

ok lol i think just basicly add just a bit extra to the mix with all pourpos? due i dont have a weigh scale

Its less with all purose, about 2 tablespoons per cup
