I attended a wedding this weekend, and couldn't wait to see the cake. I always love to check out other people's creations. The cake was pretty plain, for wedding cake standards. When it was cut, I noticed right away it was whipped topping. "Nuts," I thought. Because I love the really good buttercream. But after dipping a finger in to taste the icing, I was really surprised. It was a whipped topping, but was very sweet. I was expecting a cool whip taste, but it was definately sweeter. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Anyone have the recipe for this? Just wondering.

That might have been Rich's Bettercreme or a similiar product.
