Help! Business Name - Need Your Opinion

Hi, I'm almost ready for the inspector to come and inspect my home kitchen soon. My husband and I came up with several names for my cake decorating business. We couldn't decide which one we like, so we thought we ask you for your help and see which one you like the best, or come up with a better name for us.

Here's our name ideas:

*Fun and Fancy Cakes
*Fun n' Fancy Cakes
*Any Event Cakes
*Sugarmill Cake Company
*Wow! Cakes
*Chadbourne Cakes
*Heavenly Sweet Cakes

For some reason I like Fun N Fancy Cakes............................. Then again I like tongue twisters. This isn't bad though I like it.

I LOVE Sugarmill Cake Company! I also like Heavenly Sweet Cakes but it doesn't flow as well. Think about how you will answer the phone....Sugarmill Cakes just rolls off the tongue while the others take a little more work. Hope that makes sense. Good Luck on your inspection - and congratulations!

I like Sugarmill Cake Company too. It sounds really professional, and I think it is to the point. What I mean is that everyday customers know what you are selling, but it sounds "ritzy" enough for the higher end customers who really care about things like that. HTH icon_biggrin.gif

I'm with Starkie, I would check to see if my names were available. It's so much easier finding you, by www.sugarmillcakecompany.com (with the mill logo.. milling out cakes) or www.heavenlysweetcakeco.com with the halo over the cake tilted to the side. Hmmm, can't decide between the names LOL

I got the name Sugarmill from where I used to live. I used to live in Florida and our house sat next to the Sugarmill historical plantation. It's a beautiful park where people visit there and see the sugarmill ruins. Sugar canes were very popular in Florida back then. That's how I came up with the name idea.

Thank you everyone for your help! My husband and I decided Sugarmill Cake Company is a way to go. It was our first choice, but we weren't sure what people would think of.
