Has anyone ever heard of a 123 cake? If so I was wondering if anyone has the recipe? I think it is a Southern thing.
Thanks a bunch

The old 123 cake recipe was 1 C sugar, 2 C butter and 3 C flour. The other 123 cake recipe uses canned or frozen fruit with dry cake mix sprinkled on top and Sprite poured over it. MY SIL makes this with canned peaches and skips the Sprite. She uses butter and reserved peach juice instead. It's really good but not at all like a cake. More like a cobbler.
