hey, I went to Macy's today at the mall, and my wonderful husband noticed some cute flower pots with instructions to bake a cake inside them and decorate them as an idea for a gift to give out.

I may have seen them in the past, but forgot about them.

They were soooo cute.

Anyone seen them or use them before?

The cake mix comes in a little bag and then you mix according to direction and bake then inside the flower pot.

Very cute!

that's a sweet little gift. i know i've heard of people baking in garden pots and such, but i've never seen a little kit like that. alton brown (my fave) uses terra cotta pots and stuff for cooking.

I am dying to make one of those cakes but i'm too chicken. Don't know why. It's not like the cake police are going to come take me away if it turns out bad. Just crazy I guess.
