Decorating Character Pans Without Faceplates

I have two character pans that originally came with faceplates (Barbie and Garfield). I don't have the faceplates. Does anyone have experience decorating (recreating the faceplates) these without the faceplates? I'd love to be able to use these pans but without the faceplates the task seems daunting. Any ideas would be appreciated.
You could maybe search the web ( I know ebay has a ton of garfield pans) and find the pan you have and print a small version if you can look and copy pretty well?
I have a bunch of character pans (several Barbies, Garfields, Little Mermaid, Pocahontas, Superman, etc) with faceplates/facemakers. I have considered this problem many times. I bought extra faceplates when I could find them. I found a couple of them on eBay.
My clients always know they must return my faceplates to me, but over time, some faces have been damaged (noses rubbed off, specifically) by overenthusiastic washing by the clients. Since then I have asked my clients to only rinse, and leave the washing to me. I know that at some point in the future, it will happen that I won't have a usable faceplate when I need it. I also know that since I have taken pictures of all my cakes, I can closely recreate the faces, except for the very finest detail.
If you no longer have the faceplates and need a picture to use as a pattern, I will be happy to take pics of them and email them to you. Just tell me which specific ones you need, because there are many Barbies and a couple of different Garfields. You might even be able to do a color-flo face, using a picture as a pattern.
Thanks all for the offers. Actually, I have really good pics of both of the faceplates. I've also been on the look out on eBay for extras... no luck yet. I was thinking about trying them as FBCT as I haven't done anything with colorflow yet. Would colorflow be easier than FBCT? Thanks.
I hate sending cakes out with my faceplates on them. So i just create a face plate by using the face on the pan as a mold for chocolate, then you can paint the facial details on. And instead of your customer having to bring it back to you they can eat it!
