Hello Ladies and Gents,
I fell on a lucky penny and will be taking class 1 and class 2 for
cake decorating with Toba Garrett. Wondering if anyone has a question
that I can ask? I have several. She teaches at the culinary institute
in New York. I'll let you know how it is. I can't wait to see her
technique. Hopefully she makes swiss or italian buttercream for the
class.

Hello, I really don't have any questions. However, please let me know how the classes are and the hotel any information at all. I was suppose to attend her class in May but I decided to take Nicholas Lodge's classes in GA. I had lived in GA for a while and felt comfortable in that area. But I would like to take her classes... Have fun and learn enough for all of us.....

I am sooooooooooooo jealous! I live too far away to take a class from her. Just go and enjoy the class, while you are there I'm sure you will come up with a million questions to ask her. Also, she may offer her e-mail address for follow-up questions.
