I have a few cake recipes I took from the recipe section but dont have the exact pan size, can I use the cake mixtures for different pans other than the one's stated?

certainly you can...find out how much your cake pan holds...then find out how much the recipe makes...I often use batter meant for 8" pans (2 of them) in my 10" pan...if there is any leftover batter..I just make a few cupcakes (the reward for the baker!!)
