I am so excited I just had to tell of my good fortune. Today my girlfriend had a yard sale. We took things to sell but unfortunately did not sell anything. My girlfriend did. After we left my girfriend came over to my house to pick up a cooler for her church to use. She walks up to my house holding 3 bags. She says you'll never guess what I found for you. Barbie * Mickey Mouse * Cabbage patch kid * 2 Santa Claus pans * Book cake pan * Ernie cake pan * * Beer mug pan * teddy bear pan * piano cake pan * truck cake pan * rocking horse pan * Batman pan * ghost pan * witch pan * rabbit pan * clown pan * 12" petal pan * Three 12" cake pans * one 8" round pan * one 6" round pan * one 10" heart pan and one 6" heart pan. 25 pans in all. When I asked her what I owed her she said oh the woman just charged me $5.00 for everything. She told the woman about my decorating cakes and the woman said she just didnt have the time anymore to do cakes so she wanted someone to have them that would use them. Is this a find or what.?
Talk about luck!! 25 pans? That's awesome! Congratulations! 
A friend of mine at church gave me 3 boxes of cake stuff because she is too busy doing other things and all of her kids are grown. I also get a lot of cake pans and decorating stuff at yard sales.
it is a huge find! but i have a question though..do you have the instruction for it? i got a dora pan at a garage sale but no instruction.

Makes me think of the time when I started doing chocolate work, and needed a marble slab (something bigger than a cutting board size). My husband was so excited when he came home and told me an acquaintance had a big piece of marble for me, enough to cover one whole section of counter.
Well, they get dropped off the following week.....counter tiles! Enough to do a whole section of counter. Methinks something got lost in the translation...

That is so Great. What a Great fealing that is, I go to alot of tag sales and sometime last summer I went to a estate tag sale Belife you me I paid $80 for 200 pans the lady die and Girl, I was said that she die of a long illness but happy for my fortune. I know when is your luck is your luck. Happy baking.
