The recipe calls for 16 oz. Marshmallow fluff, is this the same as marshmallow creme? Sorry if this is a dumb question. Went to my local supermarket and they only had the creme, and it comes in 7 oz. jars. So, I bought 2 jars and am hoping that will work. I am getting ready to make now, so HELP ME!!!

I think "fluff" might be a brand or just what they call it in some parts. I've never seen it.
Like a fluffer nutter sandwich - marshmallow creme & peanut butter.

I would assume that's the same, but sounds like you need more, cuz 2 7oz is only 14 oz

Since you are 2 oz. short just be careful not to add too much sugar.

It is the same thing. It comes under different names. At one grocery store they have Fluff, the other one they have the Creme. Either one will work.

When I made it I melted a 16 oz bag of big marshmallows.

I was hoping that 2 oz. wouldn't matter icon_confused.gificon_biggrin.gif I will let you know how it comes out and maybe include a picture if it isn't so awful.

If your making marshmallow fondant, its mini or regular marshmallows....not the creme. You melt them in a bowl in the micro. Or is it a different recipe? 'Easy' MMF? Is this another recipe?

Just be sure you only use 14 OZ of SUGAR - it will make a big crumbly mess otherwise!

Good luck!
