Hi Everyone! I have a request for Barney the dinosaur from PBS but am having a hard time coming up with the right color for the icing. What brand/color would work best to achieve his purple color? Thanks for any help you can give

Dark colors are not easy to make. You need a lot of coloring. If it were me, I'd just use my Wilton Violet until I achieved a dark purple. Know that colors deepen over time; so what doesn't look dark enough today, might be a lot darker tomorrow.
