Does anyone have any good butter pecan filling recipes? Also can you make a butter pecan ganache? If anyone can point me in the direction of their favorite recipe I would appreciate it ... I have to make some samples for a wedding cake tasting ... my first 
I made a caramel pecan filling the other day that was a big hit. I just made some caramel sauce and added in finely chopped pecan pieces to it. It was SO tasty! Another option would be to buy store bought caramel sauce, mix it into your buttercream and add pecans to it. I think that would make a really tasty filling. =)
