I am making a three tier cake for a wedding. The design on the cake is a cherry blossom tree, so the entire cake has to be assembled before I can start on the design. can I stack and decorate the cake the night before? I am assuming it will take 2-3 hours to put pie the tree and glue the flowers onto the cake.

As long as you dowel it very well, I would think so. HTH

as long as you dowel properly and you can pick it up when its done. My cakes all sit overnight stacked, i would rather know about a problem when i'm here at home then when i'm at a venue. Deffinately deliver cold if you can it makes for an easier delivery.
