I've read mixed reviews of the MMF recipe using the marshmallow creme, so I'm wondering if anyone else has had experience with it? I'm doing a cake that needs to be bright white, and I read that this recipe is whiter than the one made with marshmallows, but some people had trouble working with it. Does anyone know what the "trouble" was? Was it too sticky, too dry, not elastic enough? I just hate to take the time to make it if the majority of people don't think it works, since my time is so limited.
I also read one of the MMF recipes that you make with Crisco, the "alternative" recipe, and I'm also wondering if anyone's tried that? It sounds promising!
Oh - has anyone tried flavors other than vanilla or almond?

I haven't used the fluff but I seem to remember people having a hard time working with it - too sticky.
When I make my MMF, I work Crisco into it, seems to help a lot so its not too dry.
I've also added different flavorings and its really good. Any extracts or Lorann oils is what I've tried. Good luck!
