I forgot to buy the heavy cream, icon_cry.gif can I sub with whole milk?? icon_sad.gif

i dont think so..... ive always used heavy cream!

i think is cream as it whips to be thick where milk wont... sorry..

I've only seen ganche made with heavy cream.
