Posted this in the recipe forum......but thought it would be a good idea to post here as well.

OK- so I got bored tonight.... ...DH is out of town.........and I thought I would do a little experimenting. Have been amazed by the wonders of Sugarveil- I have not actually used it so I don't know exactly what it should "feel" like.........BUT I started mixing a few things together- egg whites, cream of tartar, p sugar, gelatin, and melted marshmellows.......kinda cross between fondant and royal.........so I beat all of it together for about 10 minutes, piped some things and am waiting for them to dry. It's been about an hour, and so far so good.....firm but flexible! We will see!
