I hate the flavor of fondant as a general rule. I also think it feels like you are eating play-dough. HOWEVER, after trying Rhonda's Ultimate MMF, I have to say that I LOVE IT. It was SSSOOOO easy to make. It was very workable, nice and smooooooth. Also, the flavor was fantastic! I am pretty sure that I would eat the fondant people that are made with this stuff. WONDERFUL.

I made soccer balls (with cake balls the size of baseballs) Covered them with R.U.MMF, and they were a hit. One little boy (they were for the soccer team) told me that he hates fondant, so he wouldn't have one... but my son told him to try it and the kid went nuts over it.

I actually got two new customers from soccer this morning. So, Rhonda... Thank you for the AWESOME recipie.

This is my first time posting a link, so if it doesn't work, just go to recipies, and search for MMF. It comes up there.

The link came through fine. Thanks! I didn't realize it was chocolate, so I probably skipped right over it when I searched on it.

I think I may have linked the wrong link. She has two on there. A chocolate one, that I haven't tried, and a white one. The white one is Rhonda's Ultimate MMF. It is located right under the chocolate one.

OK--I found the correct link:

http://www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-3183-1-Rhondas-Ultimate-MMF.html

It's listed in the cakes section (pound, white, yellow, strawberry!) not the fondant section! That's why it didn't show up. Maybe one of the Mods can shift it to the correct category??

Thanks for your help! I'll have to try this!

I made it again today, and I wanted black fondant for some accessories on a cake (wheels, guns for a tank, etc). I put the food coloring with the water when I was microwaving it, and it is a wonderful dark shade with no kneading. LOVE IT>
