How Much Truffle Filling To Use?

I am doing a wedding cake with white chocolate truffle filling and raspberry filling. Has anyone ever done a combo like this before? How thick should the truffle be? I am trying to estimate how much chocolate I will need to purchase. Thanks!

...I hate to answer a question with a question but.....may I ask what white chocolate truffle recipe you are using. Right now I am trying to make white truffles using the Wilton recipe and I'm not real pleased with it so far. Do you have one you would be willing to share? Thanks!
