my bf wants me to make her wedding cake. she wants chocolate cake, chocolate baviarian filling, and chocolate fondant. can you freeze that?? also, how long can it sit out before it goes bad???

You can make a faux bavarian cream using this recipe and it won't require refridgeration:

I think some brands of fondant can be frozen but I'm not sure. Check out satin ice. I know it can be refridgerated. Their website should tell you.

freeze as in to kep for a year ???? you could always offer to make an anniversary tier-i wouldn't think if it is a true ba varian you would want it to sit out as long as some other choices- but i am sure someone else could speek to that

I know that the cake and filling you can freeze. You need to check with what brand you are going to use for freezing. Chocolate dosen't like the cold too much.
