I have to do 2 grad cakes for june 22.
My daughter volunteered me for this, couldn't say no. icon_rolleyes.gif
I was planning on using the book cake pan
but i'm not sure which one. There's 2 sizes.
One is for 1 cake mix and the 2nd one takes 2cake mixes
There's 30 kids and then their families.I want to make sure theres enough.
there will be other goodies too.

Thanks

I would use the larger of the two! Along with the goodies you will have plenty but I'm sure everyone will want a piece of cake and not a small piece either. The larger book pan will give you a "thicker" cake to work with. To me the smaller book pan is just way too small. It almost looks like the cake didn't rise if made in the smaller pan. That's just my opinion. Can't wait to see your creation!

I have used the big book pan for a party about that size and it was perfect. The big book pan will give you a fuller cake. Good luck!

I agree...I would use the larger of the two! It will be more impressive also!
