I never make huge batches of MMF, I am always working with the 1 Cup of MM's recipe....
I need to make black and I know that it is easier to get without a lot of colour if you start with chocolate fondant.

Does anyone know how to make a mini batch of chocolate fondant!! I am desperate.

If not, and I have to start from white, I only have wilton colours, will it make it taste funny?? How much can I expect to use??

Thanks

I've never done it either, but I think you just add cocoa powder.

Yeah, just use your usual recipe and add just a little cocoa to the ps before you add the mms. Also put your black color into the mms before putting it into the ps mixture. It won't take very much cocoa since you're using the small batch recipe.--Just a sprinkle or 2 (sorry, I never measure) that's how I get my mmf super black.
