How Long Is Piping Gel Good For?

I have a container in my fridge that's about 13 months old.

should i toss it?

I would like to know this question too and also does it require refridgeration after it is open?

I don't know if it is good after 13 months.... You may want to write wilton to find out for sure.

As for refridgeration, I don't, and I don't know anyone that does (not saying there isn't) The bakery I worked in we never refridgereated the piping gel.
