2 Days W/out Cc Was Miserable!!!

Did anyone else have problems getting on CC? For the past two days, I just got the "maintenance" warning. Maybe this has already been discussed....

IT WAS AWFUl! I MISSED YOU GUYS!! I didn't know what to do while I was at work! ( icon_lol.gif not htat I would do actual work....)

I"M SO GLAD CC IS BACK!!!

I got that, too. Luckily, I've been busy with my DD's Dora the Explorer birthday party, so I'm glad CC is back up now that I'm tackling the cake. I'm off to the gallery.

OMG, withdrawal from CC is horrendous! The not-knowing, the anxiety, the NEED to see and read EVERYTHING....my DH just finds this all to amusing, and said I need to start a CC support group. I am SOO glad this site is back! BUT....I can't seem to get into the past forums at all. I keep getting the URL isn't found crap. Is anyone else getting this?

I was completely dazed and confused while CC was down.....

We need a little warning before they do that again, so we can prepare ourselves.

I did my first FBCT and had nobody to tell about it.

I was miserable the whole time. Found out just how hooked I am on this website. I must have checked the website every hour for the 2 days.

It was horrible!!!

I had to make a cake and rolled buttercream for the first time without ANY support......

On the bright side.........I did all the laundry, visited with family/friends, did major grocery shopping (cake stuff, too!), ran errands I had been avoiding all week, paid bills, etc. Do you think our DH's are paying off the CC admins to shut down so that we'll actually get some things done??

Being a newer member, I thouht CC must have been a wonderful dream I was having, and that I woke up. icon_cry.gif At first I didn't get any message and that was really scary!! icon_surprised.gif I checked constantly to see if it was there or not. I am sooooooo happy it is back. icon_biggrin.gif

After I got over the withdrawal symptoms...I got chores done too! I guess the first step to getting over addiction is admitting you have a problem. I'm sure I can stop any time I want to ...I just don't want too!!! icon_smile.gif

I don't know how you guys had the willpower to go off and do other things. I had to check on CC every 30 minutes for the first day and every hour on the second day. That leaves little time for laundry and other chores. I need this site!!!!

I am a fairly new member, but I think that was the longest day of my life. Every time I got online I would have to check to see if CC was up again. The last thing I did last night on line was to check. I did however get a ton of yard work done. I am glad it is back up and running. Off to the gallery

So glad also that its up and running, i check about every 10 mins and couldnt wait to get up this morning and check. I checked before bed last night and was so disappointed. Its been a horrible 2 days. I need filling recipes!!.
