Can you give us a link to an example of that you want to do or what exactly you need help with?

Sorry, I thought that I put a link to a picture that I had found. I am asking about the gift boxes, like the Tiffany's boxes. With the tilted lid, and the tissue paper showing. Hopefully this will help you, help me.

I have never made one before either, but I am going to attempt a closed gift box for our wedding anniversary. Someone on here said they made their lid out of fondant, so I rolled out a piece and took my square cake pan to trace the top of the lid. Then I took a ruler as a template and cut out four sides. After they are dry I am going to glue it all together with either bc or royal icing. I think I am going to have to use royal to get it to stick. I also have some fondant/gumpaste pieces drying to attempt a bow. I hope that works out too. I got the directions for that here on cc under "articles".

Hope this helps. Good luck.

I have made a gift box with the tissue, look in my profile and let me know if that is what you need instructions for.
