I've been using Wilton fondant and don't like the taste so I purchased a pail of Virgin Ice fondant. Has anyone used this brand? Do you like it? I'm still very new at working with fondant so I would like to keep it as easy as possible. They also talked me into buying some gum paste to try for flowers (and cutters and various tools), so it looks like I have some serious practising to do!

Hi - I have just recently tried MMF and I LOVE it!!! 
It is easy to make, tastes really good and is (I think) easy to work with. As for Wilton - Ewwww, Yuck, Gross. I can't stand it. I actually know people who have told clients to take it off the cake before serving. What were they thinking?
