Crazy Monogram Question

Hi guys, i have a stupid question for you all. I was wondering what you put in a couples monogram?? I am doing petit fours for a wedding shower and wanted to do the couples monogram. I thought that the last name was in the middle and then the bride and grooms names on each side but not sure? I don't know where my mind is on this one but would love some help! lol.

last name middle and big

her first initial > left

his> right

I am doing that on wedding cookies this week and I am going to do it as Doug suggested. That's how I've always seen it before. Good luck!
