I made my first cupcake cake last night and really liked it. It turned out really nice. I did secure my cupcakes with some icing under each of them. Last night I noticed that it looked like the cupcakes had a syrup-type liquid under them. It's really humid here and I'm thinking that icing kind of started to melt. Could this be correct? It won't affect the cupcake at all will it?? I don't want the wrapper to get all soggy and seep through to the cupcake. THANKS!

I have noticed that the BC can seperate depending on the shortening used. and if you used butter. It wont affect the taste or ruing the cupcakes, it may sog up the wrapper but all else will be just fine.

There have been some really great designs posted lately. I would search the gallery. I saw a race track that was just awesome.
